This is because ICQ/AIM has two types of messages:
- Channel 1 for plain messages that aren't used anymore in new clients and for
clients that doesn't support channel 2 messages
- Channel 2 for rtf messages and other stuff
Channel 1 messages can contain "narod.ru", that's why it works for some clients
that still use the old channel 1 messages and also as Oleg said client can use
direct messaging too.
So as I said we can't do anything about it because we won't change to old
channel 1 messages.
