Kopete from KDE SVN trunk shows a notification for new messages from contacts
for which I already have a open chat window with, as long as the chat window is
minimized or not the active tab in the chat window. "Exclude messages in chats
on current desktop" is enabled in "Tray Flash and Bubble" settings.
