Incoming messages are shown in the popup on top of active screensaver. I don't
like it as it is a privacy issue. If I am away from my screen I don't want that
other people can read incoming IM messages. So pls change it again to a way
that the messages are not shown on top of the screensaver.
There has been a similar bug for KDE 3: #62239
As the bug is quite old I thought it is better to open a new one for KDE 4
instead of reopening the old one - if you don't think so, pls set this on
duplicate ;-)
