No, Michael. That totally depend on the ?action specified. If the action was to
send an message,xmpp:user provider tld?message, then it should open an
conversation. Regardless of that user being in the contact list or not. If the
action was to add the user to the contact list, xmpp:user provider tld?rooster,
then the user should be added and nothing more. If the action was to subscribe
to a user’s online status and add it to the contact list, xmpp:user provider
tld?subscribe, than the user should be added and status requests should be sent.
