I am happy to note that moving ${HOME}/.kde/share/apps/kopete/contactlist.xml
out of the way, starting Kopete and allowing it to process MSN notifications,
then quitting it and renaming contactlist.xml back now allows me to
successfully enable the MSN-protocol accounts without a crash.
