You'll find the log files in ${KDEHOME}/share/apps/kopete/logs/
The logs are xml files, stored individually for protocol, person and month. For
example, /home/myuser/.kde4/share/apps/kopete/logs/MSNProtocol/myuser
myprovider/anotheruser hisprovider 200804 xml contains the log for my msn
contact anotheruser hisprovider for april this year. You can attach the log
here or send it my way.
