Do you mean the old yellow bubble? It doesn't exist anymore. For the new popup
dialog (bubble replacement), can you verify that it is enabled in Settings ->
Configure Notifications, "Incoming Message"? You might have to restart knotify4
after changing that setting.
Do popups via knotify work in general on your system? You can test that for
example in System Settings, Notifications (enable popups for some event and
trigger that event).
