I'm not really comfortable with using the longest participants name as width:
It screws up the layout for people with long names. Instead I activated word
wrapping.
Leaving this open as there are still issues when toggling visibility (close and
show again) of the participants list: Word wrapping doesn't happen anymore for
some reason, maybe related to the scroll area not synchronizing the size with
the QListView.
