ICQ server send SNAC(0x13,0x01) with code 01 which means "Invalid SNAC header"
in response to SNAC(0x13, 0x11) "Begin Contact List Edit".
Meanwhile all SSI operations are executed well, but I guess it is not good to
anny server with incorrect SNACs...
