Thomas, I doubt you're running a recent kopete version from trunk: "Tray Flash
& Bubble" is now called "Notifications", "Flash system tray" is "Animate system
tray icon" and "Show bubble" is gone. Please check the version you're running,
and also check "Settings" => "Configure Notifications" which is where the new
bubble (Knotify popups) can be configured. Make sure to restart knotify4 after
making changes to Notifications in "Configure Notifications" (bug 162317).
