Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Chat window
2. Go got Settings->Configure Shortcuts
3. Set a shortcut (in my case for next/previous tab)
4. Click ok
5. Enjoy your shortcut for this time =)
5. Close chat window
6. Open again, shortcut is gone
