Summary
-------
This tiny little patch fixes the "Indent contacts" contact list setting. The
indentation is supposed to only happen when tree branch lines are disabled, but
without this patch it only works when tree branch lines are enabled, too.
It probably should go into 4.2.1.
(I'm just starting out with... everything. Please be patient with me.)
