I just figure out how to reproduce a cleaner buddylist. - Come back from standby, buddy list is minimized - Taskbar notification to notify I was added to someone's list - Click the View button on that notification - The buddy list now shows with the info on the bottom of who added me and for me to add/deny etc. - Click the red X to disregard that and the end result is a clean buddy list
There are a couple of other problems that I see with those notifications. - When I click to view who added me and Add/Deny, it stays there all grayed out. I have to restart Kopete to get rid of that from the bottom of the buddy list. - I am constantly getting the notifications from the same users. I click view and then the red X to disregard it. even Add or Deny does not help, next time I come back from standby, it will probably be there again. Now my question is, which of these things should I create a bug for? Are my descriptions above enough?
