Asian Institute of Management (AIM) is the pioneer graduate school of

years. The Institute has instilled management quality to 30,000 graduates from
more than 60 countries. AIM was established in 1968 in partnership with Harvard
Business School, the Ford Foundation, and visionaries of the Asian Academic and
business communities.
Its representative office in Indonesia (Jakarta) is urgently seeking committed
individual to fill the position of “Program Associate”.
A qualified applicant must possess the following qualifications:
1. Single Female.
2. A university degree (S1) or college level (D3) of education.
3. Fresh graduates who have organizational experiences are welcome to
apply.
4. Experience in handling a course/program is a plus (from marketing to
administering) .
5. Strong English language skills (verbal and written), including
ability to draft standard correspondence and edit basic materials using proper
grammar, punctuation and style.
6. Mastery of Microsoft office application.
7. Strong client responsiveness or service orientation.
8. Possess high level of initiative.
9. Willingness to work overtime when required.
10. Ability to work under pressure as an integral part of the team’s
work and program.
11. Good knowledge of and some experience in specialized
administrative/ operational support functions (e.g., database management, major
event/course planning, etc.) is advantageous.
12. Good personality and high integrity are essential.
