I have full kplug archives going back to 97 or so...

Ooh...that's cool. :) At one point a few years ago I had considered
writing a gpg enabled mailing list manager where everything is signed and
you join with your key etc. Trunk looks interesting although I think I
would really like to see these features added to the already established
Mailman MLM.
