This is probably true, but only because the data center managers
apply a double standard.  Practically everything from Microsoft
causes more trouble than good to a substantial minority of their
users.  They constantly struggle to prevent this from becoming
a majority, but their methods are unconvincing, IMO, and they
occasionally release a terrible lemon.
