Well their board has changed considerably since the last time I
looked, maybe they got tired of being accused of being a front for the
CIA. :-)
The last time I held an annual report in my hands the entire board was
made up of ex-military officers. Wasn't it originally founded by such
officers? The taxpayers are not well served when there exists a
revolving door between those who contract with and those who contract
for services provided by SAIC. And they have a long history of
providing IT services for the government that fail, like the recent
FBI software fiasco. There's plenty to be suspicious of and dislike
about SAIC.
