Too cheap or too smart?

MySQL is faster, can handle larger tables, is more compliant to newer SQL 
standards, is platform independant, histroically more secure, and in summary 
far better than SQL Server.

I would say anyone purchasing, let alone using, SQL Server (like SAIC) enjoys 
wasting money and does not care much about performance or their data.
