Did you see those monthly prices anywhere, or were you dividing the
numbers they put up by 12?

It's vague on the website... the cancellation policy (and my pessimism)
makes me thing that those are monthly prices they are quoting:

1.5 Mbps Service - 1 Year Contract

Installation Fee for this service is $399. In the event the contract is
cancelled prior to the effective end date, a charge of $600 or the
remainder of the contract, whichever is less, will be assessed.

Symmetrical 1.5 Mbps Service with a 1 Year Contract Plan. An
additional fee of $399 will be added for installation.

              Price: $299.00

If those were yearly prices they were quoting... their $99 home office
package (384/384 beats my DSL on upspeed) would be cheaper than dialup.

If these get just a little bit cheaper, it'd be a tempting upgrade.
