Lemme get this straight. It's OK to be predatory and criminal as long as
you pay something to buy your way out when you're caught?

Hey, I really like this new paradigm! I'm gonna start to knock over
convenience stores. If I get away with it, I keep the loot, and if I get
caught, I buy out of it and Todd says it's OK.
