RHEL4 uses up2date, but up2date is capable of using both apt and yum
repositories in addition to RHN. Simply add your repositories to /
etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources. Look inside that file for the proper
formatting.
Alternately, there's nothing stopping anyone from installing yum or
apt on RHEL4, with the understanding that RedHat won't support the
package tool or any 3rd party packages retrieved using it.
