That's not the point (btw, you quoted him out of context above). My
original statement about my wife was in response to something said in
that thread. I don't have a problem with comments on my comments. I have
a problem with someone implying that neither I nor my wife knows what
she thinks about her own disability.
Jennifer's statement that she has never wished she wasn't disabled (a
common feeling among those born disabled, btw) was a statement of fact.
It was not an opinion up for rebuttal or dispute. The Mother Teresa
statement used as common sense evidence [1] was at best a non sequitur.
[1] As in: Given how many people and how many years it took to develop
Unix, there's no way Linux could have been written from scratch by one
man in such a short time!
