I still disagree.. as I've said before, this company was founded by engieers,
so they know what kind of people are working for them and know that it's
cheaper, in the long run, to keep them happy then to lose them to other
companies.

If the market were to change, or if the company changes now that Irwin
retired.. then I might agree.  But today, I don't think even the concept of
the possibility of workers here unionizing some day, if they weren't happy,
plays into it.   Right now, the market is still skewed to the employee here.
Good IC engineers are hard to find, and even good and experienced admins have
been pretty tough.
