The Mozilla Foundation announced on Wednesday that it's creating a commercial subsidiary responsible for the development, testing and distribution of the organization's open-source products.

I suppose this is more common than I have been aware of (ie. family trusts, foundations, etc) but it is an interesting twist nonetheless.
