I have a few RedHat servers that I want to clone to new machines. Can I just partition them, boot knoppix and copy everything over, (rsync over ssh? something faster) or is there more I need to do. Are there any gotchas I should watch out for. Also If I want to setup two identical servers for failover, is there anything else besides for the hostname and IP address that I have to change after copying everything over. Am I going at this the right way or am I on the right track. TIA for any advice, comments, questions. Dovber Shapiro
