This reminds me of what one guy was saying when I was going through
Total Quality Leadership classes: How many of you, when driving home,
arrived at the wrong house? Of course no one answered, so he used that
to make the point that we can acheive 0% mistakes.

I'll embarrasingly say that I have done this. I moved, drove home on auto-pilot more or less, and drove to my old place. Ok, so it was only a half mile away, but I've still managed to do it.
