Linode.com hosts uml virtual hosts. You choose your favorite distribution from the list of disk images, and then install whatever you want. That's not exactly what you were asking for, as it's more work than a regular hosting service. However, in the event that you don't find a good hosting service that supplies Zope, this would allow you the flexibililty to do whatever you want for cheap.
