Have you ever heard of arbornet.org before?  Have you written down
anywhere what arbornet's cryptographic public key is?  (You did
remember to get it last time you talked to the arbornet admin, right?)

Then you don't really know that the host replying to your request is
authentically arbornet.org.  It's very likely that it is, but you must
now decide whether and how much that authenticity matters to you.  If
you don't plan on sending your credit card information or criminal
exploits across that connection, then you probably don't have anything
to worry about, and you can say "yes" when it asks if you want to
continue connecting.

It's your call.
