I recently set up a new mail server for my email and it uses the
MailScanner programm to tie postfix in with spamassass and clamav. It
works great, easier to set up than amavis by far. It puts {SPAM?} in the
subject line of any questionable but not definitely spammy emails. I
could have added that by replying to a thread that my system marked with
that but I have not been involved in that particular thread.
