And that's what it boils down to. If you're happy and feel you're getting a good deal, then all is good. But they are "overselling". They're promising you things they can't possibly deliver. Stuff like that is an indication that there might be more going on. Also, if you ever had a problem that required some actual insight and elbow grease to get fixed, do you want to be one $62 per month customer of thousands, or do you want to be a much more important customer?
