I've seen requests like this before. More specifically, I have seen people request that certain posts they made be *removed* from the archive entirely. The list masters, in these cases, have cited their standard practice of leaving the archive intact as it is, with the exception of removing spam. You can always ask to have the change made, but I don't know how you could actually force it. Especially if the mailing list was archived at the time of your publication. The other issue is that although the web archive may be changed, the rest of the personal archives won't be. Once you send something out to the internet, it is very hard to get it back. Kind of like writing a letter to the editor. -john -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
