You demonstrated, by stating that you would not feel like a schmuck,
that you are unwilling to take another persons feelings and beliefs
into consideration when making money. As long as its legal, you feel
you have the right to do it.  Your money making activities are
constrained by laws, not by social conscious.  I am sure this is not
true in all situations, but, by your statement, is true in at least
some situations.

I would say that (almost) everyones money making decisions are constrained by laws and not social conscience. Plenty of people would pimp prostitutes if not for the niggling of the law. Business practices would be vile (like the old days) if workers weren't protected by the "man" against the "boss"
