En garde, knave! Seriously, this particular friend is a very smart person, and spends 24/7 immersed in physics, astronomy, and math. He reads a complete book every three or four days (pop and non-pop). He's *very* smart. For all the things that he *is* wrong about, physics, astronomy, and math are very rarely one of them. The jury (in my mind) is, of course, still out on whether quantum physics is non-linear or not. I don't understand what the hell it means to be non-linear in physics, so I couldn't really say. I'll just nod my head politely. -todd -- [email protected] http://www.kernel-panic.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/kplug-list
