Do you mean just the little hub ring, that fits inside the 1.6" center
hole on normal labels?

Search their site with keywords dvd hub.
$12.24 for 100 sheets of 26 labels each.

I don't know how one applies these, I have not seen any special
applicator tools, and they must be fairly flimsy when detached from
the backing paper.  I have been using their 3-up "donut" labels that
have 3 concentric rings per label.  It's not easy to keep all three
together to put a full-face label on a disc.
