mount -t smbfs ultimately calls smbmount, which uses smbclient to talk SMB
to Windows. The culprit in this is usually authentication, including
properly identifying yourself to the Windows machine.

Or, use smbclient:

  smbclient //wrapp14/<sharepoint>

where <sharepoint> is a "shared drive" name. You can't just connect to the server itself.

Once you're connected, it's a very ftp-like experience. cd around until you get to the place in the drive you want to dump your file, then "put" it, just like FTP.
