A casual glance at those scripts leads me to believe that some people
spend way too much time worrying about what colors will appear on
their screen when using vim.

examining more closely.
I just kep asking myself a more fundamental question
though. What is it that an IDE would do for me that
I cannot so with vi, a bunch of windows and bash?
Please those of you who use IDEs tell me. What
am I missing?
