First you go to your own folder on the server, after you have logged
in. You then create a new document, that is your book review. Once
you've finished writing and are ready to publish, look at the contents
tab, check your book review document, then "change state" If you then
"Submit" the document, then any admin logged in should see it. The
admin can then publish it and create a link from the book review page,
back to your review.
If I have anything wrong here one of the other admins will probably
correct me. Maybe we need more detailed instuctions for submitting
book reviews through the site.
