It seems on the rare occasions that I do call them, I'm asked right up
front what OS I'm running. Depending upon the problem and person, I

pay for two IPs, so I imagine my account as they see it says something

Between the two of us, we can usually work together to figure out the
issue.
Maybe that's just my dumb luck.
