They've found with Freenet that storage space is not an issue.  People
end up giving multi-gigs of datastore to the network, but using much
much less on average.  Of course, a lot of that's to do with the fact
that it's hard to insert big files.

But anyway, ensuring people aren't using more than they are giving
seems about as easy to do here as it is with BitTorrent.  i.e. iffy
