Actually, no.

My bank just recharged me for a charge from Musicmatch.com that was charged
without my consent (I had previously paid for "all future upgrades" but
their software would hang my machine until I let it download the rest of the
upgrade, and that's when I was charged $19.95). I called the bank to have
the charge stopped; but they said it didn't work that way; they had to check
on something and open something with my account. In a few days they said
they were opening up an investigation and put the $19.95 back in my account,
saying that it could be taken out again if they found that Musicmatch was in
the right.

The problem ended up being that they couldn't get in touch with Musicmatch,
so the bank had to "let them have the money!" I asked about VISA and their
0% liability, and they said that it doesn't work for VISA debit cards, and
that if I called VISA they'd just tell me the same thing. They told me that
I'd have to take it up with Musicmatch, but they won't answer my Emails and
I can't find anywhere to call. the other day, YAHOO! replied to my Email to
Musicmatch--this was the first time for that! I'm still waiting for them to
write back again; in their reply they said that I was not entering the
activation key properly, and they gave specific explanations for doing that,
which were actually OLD instructions that referred to the way it was done
two versions ago! And what does that have to do with my $19.95? <sheesh!>
