You went to Amazon.com, found the book you wanted, purchased it and
left.  Then you thought, Why am I not getting a tracking number?  So
you went back to Amazon.com, slapped your forehead when you realized
you didn't know the login info, and so went to the Amazon.com feedback
page, which wasn't working.

Is that right?

Did you order from Amazon themselves, or from a third party seller? 
Did you order expedited or standard?
