I wouldn't have thought that Fry's would do that, but maybe.  It's a big 
problem, especially when mission critical airplane parts and military weapons 
parts work their way into the distribution chain.

I'm currently in dialog with SanDisk and eBay...  I guess my flash drives are 
fake, but when I questioned SanDisk how they could be sure they were fake just 
from the Serial# & Vendor ID# I was informed that information was 
confidential...  It's convenient too...  I think counterfeiters would try to 
take care of getting those numbers right and it would really require an 
examination of the product to be sure.  I guess I just have to trust SanDisk..
