Sounds like a plan.

Are you going to choose a Really Strong Password for the root account?
(30 characters, 30% numbers and special characters, etc.)

Do you have an "important password" policy in place?  Such as writing
down all of the root passwords and important passphrases, putting 'em
in an envelope, sealing the envelope and putting it in a safe?

If the MiB ask you to join them, is your company crippled?
