The message you are reporting is the command that the local client is
sending to the server. In actual terms, it sends a command PASV to
the server using the first four numbers telling it to listen to the
TCP conversation originating from me to the port (0 <= port <= 65535)
specified by the last two numbers. In other words, it has sent a TCP
SYN to the connection and is waiting for a SYN/ACK to complete the
three-way handshake. Then, the data transfer can occur. And, it's
still waiting for the SYN/ACK when you terminate it.
