The submissions deadline for the 2nd Workshop on Steps to Reducing Unwanted Traffic on the Internet (SRUTI '06) is quickly approaching! Please submit your work by Thursday, April 20, 2006.
SRUTI seeks research on the unwanted traffic problem that * looks across the protocol stack * examines attack commonalities * investigates how various solutions interact and whether they can be combined to increase security The SRUTI '06 Program Committee is looking for ideas in networking and systems, and insights from other areas such as databases, data mining, and economics. SRUTI aims to bring academic and industrial research communities together with those who face the problems at the operational level. Original research, promising ideas, and steps toward practical solutions at all levels are sought. To ensure a productive workshop environment, attendance will be by invitation and/or acceptance of paper submission. SRUTI '06 will be held July 6-7, 2006, in San Jose, CA.
