Folks,
I'm teaching a senior level CS class at SDSU. I'm not going to be
present on April 24, 2006 and I was hoping to actually get someone from
local industry to talk to the class that day.
I seem to recall that we have a few folks sitting out there on the
lists. I thought someone on the list actually worked at some of the
local games companies (ie. Rockstar, Sony Entertainment, etc). I note
that Rockstar in particular is looking for people in San Diego.
Obviously, the students would *love* to hear from someone in the
industry. In addition, you would get to actually chat to a captive
bunch of CS majors who are looking for jobs. (hint, hint)
The class is from 5:30-6:45PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2006 and you
wouldn't even have to talk the entire time.
