I tried restarting the computer. But also, I don't have 'gcc' available as a command (as root, even), so I *know* that it didn't install. I'm maybe gonna have to transplant gcc from Gentoo to Fedora. ... yeah, right. I don't know. Maybe I'll try manually installing the rpm.
