Liquid cooling system leaks in a computer system, though, are far
more critical than liquid cooling system leaks in a car, unless
you're lucking enough to find a perfectly non-conductive liquid to use.

First-run 2.5GHz PowerMac G5's are apparently having problems with
their coolant systems leaking and frying the logic boards and power
supplies. Apple, thankfully, has been dutifully repairing these
systems, but I can't imagine they're too happy with their supplier
(Delphi, of the automotive industry.)

Do what Cray did, and submerge the whole thing in a fluorocarbon
liquid. Artificial blood plasma in its other application.
