Pardon me, I think I misread your question.

But on further look-around, I see the statement
<quote
url="http://www.wxwindows.org/manuals/2.6.3/wx_wxgtkport.html#wxgtkport";>

wxGTK is a port of wxWidgets using the GTK+ library. It makes use of
GTK+'s native widgets wherever possible and uses wxWidgets' generic
controls when needed.
</endquote>

Do you read that to say that some controls will look different from
native GTK?

On their FAQ page,
  http://wxwidgets.org/docs/faqgen.htm#specific

they disavow the "'lowest common denominator' approach", and they also
say things like "..functionality missing on some platform has been
provided using generic, platform-independent code, such as the
wxTreeCtrl and wxListCtrl classes."

They _do_ say that they do not support Gnome features.

And I also notice there is precious little that I could find on their
site about actual widgits available. ... Ahh, wait: after hunting
around, I did find
  http://www.wxwidgets.org/wiki/index.php/WidgetGallery

and it looks like the default appearance for some things is different
from what is seen in glade-2, but maybe their screenshot is just old?

..jim
