Installing (evil) Flash is rather easy. Get the installer, unzip it then run the little shell script that comes with it. All the script really does is copy a couple files to the plugins directory of Firefox/Mozilla.
Unfortunately for him (and me), it won't do any good. Cartoon Network (and many others as well) have moved to Flash 8, while only version 7 is available for Linux.
